2nd part kaha hai isaka link saala kar bhai

I have a spring mvc app
Ex: localhost:5001
Which renders index.html with css and js in resources folder.

And I have zuul gateway which is localhost:5000

When I send the request through zuul route. Ex: localhost:5000/employee
Here employee is service Id of spring mvc app.
It's not rendering the css and js files.
How to render ??
Please help
I see 404 error for
Localhost:5000/lib/css....

Is it required to register UI microservice with Eureka if we have already configured Zuul?
