What do you do when you have been with someone for 4 years and when you are moving out of a home that you have so much stuff together, and you cant take everything you own at the moment and have to leave it a lot behind. Were in NC with my fearful avoidant ex who I am pretty sure has clinical depression but is acting "cool" working 24/7. It's been around 40 days, I gave a timeframe until September to not stress him out, he's in the stage of sifting between fearful and avoidant every 2 weeks. Married 30+,she ghosted me and no contact me. I freaked out at first. So I started to educate myself on ghosting and it led me to narcissistic behavior and I have found that she is fully a narcissist. Since then I have went nc. I know I have to move forward and nc her. I do love her but I can’t ever let her back into my life because I found out that she ghosting me is a betrayal and I also have learned these also go with ghosting. Cowardly,non empathetic, guilt, disrespect, immature, can’t face the truth or handle the consequences of her actions and behavior. Coach my ex broke up with me almost 2 month's ago 2 weeks after she found an other guy and after 10 she broke up with him and started to talk to me. She played difficult on me but we do some things together again she said all of the time she was missed me and when she was with the other guy she was thinking about me she said she is love and she don't want to lose me. After some says she ghosted me again she called me in my phone 3 days later she was really drunk and she told me to get there to help her. I did go and she started to kissing me and tell me she loves me. Later when she talk to her mom about me she changed her mind she told her bad things about me for no reason then my ex she told me that she don't want me and she is not gonna bother me again and she blocked my phone number and blocked me on all social media. They have been 12 days since we last time saw and talk each other again. We are already in 2 month's that we are not together. Is there possibility to come again please tell me truth I really love her and I don't want to lose her.

Me and my ex were together for 11 years. Had a very strong bonding and connection but over the years there was lack of romance although we loved each other. My long distance relationship ended because my ex couldn’t handle it. She did it without any warning over text. Talk about a stab to the heart. I did no contact for a couple months and she moved on meeting someone in her town. I derailed and told her what I had been doing and she basically ceased communicating acting like I was a nut (We still stayed connected on social media). Shortly thereafter, I met a lady close by that was 10 times better than my ex and four months later we’re talking about long term plans together. A couple days ago my ex contacted me commenting how happy I looked and she was happy for me. All the while complaining about her situation (mostly about a new job that was one of the reasons she broke up with me). She’s still with the new guy. When I remarked that it looked like everything worked out thx way it was supposed to be, she very tentatively said I guess it did. Being cautious with her outward emotions, I know that translates to she’s regretting her decision to break up with me. The fact that she reached out to me privately was another confirmation. I had to watch a few more of these no contact videos to confirm my belief. And no, I’m no longer hung up on her. I believe she got exactly what she deserved. It just feels good to write about it and let others know that sometimes getting your ex back is not a good thing. Had she not broken up with me, I wouldn’t have met my new girlfriend. And no contact sometimes doesn’t work and that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

I moved to another state to be with her and I didn't have my finances together. I did get a job that I couldn't do bc of the extremely cold weather. So I finally got it right and got a great job that fits me. It's a time consuming job and we drifted away. I have one day off a week and was willing to spend time and take days off when we wanted to do something major. She said I didn't put in effort, I just was pushing to get grounded so we can have a great life. She said its too late and is dating someone else. How can i get my X back, i really did alot for her, i supported her in a family issue with her X , about their son, and i always was there for her and her son, watched out for him, played with him, make him laough, gave him bath, made food, helped building toys with him, played with him with small cars that he really loves, so she could relax after her work, made food, cleaned
I was always by her side, support her, took care of heir son, and in alot of otherways, to help her and make her happy, and i have been there right from the start if the relationship.

She told me that she havent felt like that with another guy before, i really helped her in everything and did really everything i could to show her how much i loved her and her son.

I helped her with all things i possibly could, and i only asked her to support me in one thing only, when i got jealous, she i asked alot if i could just get her support to tell me some words as simple as "I love you, and i only want you' thst alone could have made it better and better, for me to feel more trust, again, she told me i was perfect, other than my jeslousy, and at the same time i go to a psychologist, to help me get it better, she knew how some of my X'es broke my heart and she told me she knew that, and was willing to help in that way that i needeed her support me, and promises to never break my heart.

She even regonized that i did alot,and always was there foe her, even if i had ro drive 1 hour every way to help her when she needed, but quickly up to the endning days she said that she havent promised me anything, i know my jeslousy is something i have to work on and change, but when i only asked for one thing to support me in, she didnt want to just confirm me as the person there is good enough for her, that would have made me feel alot better, bacuse the my trust would be bigger and bigger.

This no contact sounds dumb so you avoid trying to fix the situation then ignore them when they try to talk to you instead of owning responsibility for the part you played. Until when do you ignore them? Stupid I’m a strait shooter have something to say grow some balls & come say it to my face so we can see if we can fix it.
