Clickable Bar Chart with Link in Chart JS

Is it possible to make a clickable link inside a chartjs Tooltip?

I am getting error at reading labels in the part of the code value=myChart.data.labels[firstPoint.index];
using chartjs 3.9.1
I even copy the code in API still gives me same error at labels.
