Air India Penalised By U.S Govt For Not Issuing Refunds

What a farce - none of the American Airlines have issued a refund - how can they ask Air India to do so. I bought a number of tickets on United Airlines and did not get a refund for any only points to be used by the same person within 24 months.

Honestly air india is terrible since the time i started travelling . Poor service , poor food, poor cabin, and constant delays. I am indian btw

Good to see the implications of their reckless behavior, India might not penalize it but what goes comes around anyway. I got 4 tickets canceled and it took me 8 months to get the refund after hours of calls and headaches.(during COVID)

Tata should fire the stupid AirIndia employees. As it's a genuine case of negligence.
