Hi, Thanks for this useful video series. I have a couple of queries:
1. I have observed that the values of C-Statistic and %Concordance come exactly the same if no of tied pairs = zero or close to zero. Similarly, the values of Somers' D and Gini also come exactly the same in case no ties. How are these statistics any different from each other?
2. In your example, the no of actual churners in 2nd decile were higher than no of actual churners in 1st decile. (While from business point of view it might not matter if business wants to target churners upto 3rd/4th decile.) However, in my opinion, this is a flaw in the model. Can you suggest how do we go about rectifying this flaw?
