Fun fact, you can actually play as the other battletoad in single-player. By plugging the controller into the second port and waiting through the intro, you’re able to start the game. I have no idea if the clinger winger glitch is still active

Another difference between a stage and a level is that if you do a stage backwards, it's an egats. Do a level backwards, it's still a level. 😉

For me Battletoads is a thouthand times better than tmnt. It's an ultimate masterpiece of digital art which is both beautiful and hard to master. Definitly the best game in whole NES library imho. And that's a rare case, when a NES games looks and plays much better than 16bit Sega MD or SNES versions.

Almost the whole game is 'this is the hard part' is what I always say, haha.

The most impressive thing about this game is that there are no typos on the final message when you beat it. Truly a rare thing in the NES era!

I still come back to rewatch these videos, so chilled.

I miss these days when the old crew would just played games for fun ever now and then. Take me back to these days! Or farther lol.
