This is coming from someone who is relatively thin and petite and who is often assumed to be "weak" by others. Remember guys, you can do it too❤😊

ОтветитьYou are very strong! Otherwise, the leg exercises encourage failure as there aren't many opportunities to recover before going on to the next exercise; more like Full Body* (*leg centric full body)

ОтветитьMy legs and arms were shaking after that. But I am just starting out after needing to get my thyroid level in balance. Some of the moves like the burpees and Bulgarian lunges I am not quite up to yet. I will get there, though, if I keep working at it. I need stretching, too, but not yoga as I am Christian.

ОтветитьSomehow this must've been before I joined the Girvanator crew in Epic II since I think I'm just now trying this the first time. What a fun 30- min full body! No repeat, keeps you on your toes and totally 😅 but doable too! Love it❤🎉🙏🔥

I really liked this workout. Personally, I just prefer when the insturctor speaks during the workouts, introduces the exercise rather than just shows it in a small window in the corner. Also helps when they encourage the person on the other side to finish with their words. Thank you for a good sweat today.
