"How To Create Custom Fold Over Hang Tags Using Canva & Cricut"

Hi there, I've made a product tag in Canva at 1.3" x 6" but when I upload in to Canvas Cricut it resizes to 2.708" x 12.5" and when I press the red exclamation that says auto resize image it then tells me the image is low resolution after it is resized. Has this ever happened to you and if so how would you resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated
