How to Create a Back To Top Sticky Button with Free Elementor | Works on Every Pages

okay I figured it out the only part that wasn't clear is the first CSS back to top should be in the header not footer.

for some reason mine won't work and when it does it flips back to the bottom. I have redone it a few times with your instructions
