Do pretty selfies attract other accounts? I do not see a reason to follow accounts in this niche because it doesn’t have an impact on me / it doesn’t help me. Could someone please explain?

My Instagram followers stuck at 92k and in just 4 days i lose 4k followers. I never used any app for followers, when people follow me my followers aren't increasing. Anyone knows how to fix?

I've been shadow banned 3 times and I'm having trouble coming back from the recent one. I post original memes and there was a point where I was gaining around 75-100 followers per day. Each post was showing up and staying on the explore page for over a week and I would get around 10,000 likes per post and would gain 300-400 followers per post. I've been off my recent shadow ban for around 2 months and now I'm lucky if I get 2000 likes per post and they rarely show up on many people's explore page. Not sure what's going on but this latest shadow ban seems to have done me in.

I've been binge watching all these videos cause I've been stuck around 400 followers for nearly a year and it sounds silly but almost everyone I'm friends with has over a thousand followers! It's crazy I don't know how they do it but hopefully all these tips can help me out

TBH, I'm finding longer captions AREN'T always the best idea. Instagram is a SUPER visual platform - and, 84% of us are visual learners - so let the posts do the talking and put your long caption into a carousel format.

Hey Vanessa, I follow everything you are saying about organic growth sense last year. My page have 6 k follower with a lot of work from me to get there and I found out that if I don’t start follow no one follow me. On the other hand a start my friend kid page from scratch exactly the same way and she got 1000 followers in 6 m and now she keeps getting every day 1-5 without me doing anything. Why is that? Can you help me please?

Hey Vanessa, your content is awesome, I watch lots of your videos.  I do have a question that I thought you may know the answer to.  I spend lots of time engaging with my followers, in particular the followers who engage often with my posts.  So, because of this, I have a pretty large group of followers who like or comment on most of my posts, and I engage with most of their posts.  My question is; could this type of mutual engagement result in me being incorrectly flagged for fake engagement/engagement pods?  Do you I need to be cautious about engaging too much with the people who engage with me the most?  Thanks for your help.

I am a food blog... I post about food. My follower count has gone up and down from 850 to 853 for MONTHS. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I post 4 times a week; three recipes and a reel. I am uploading on my insta story every single day of the week. I change my hashtags every time I post so I wont get shadowbanned (the hashtags are all food related!). I write long captions, short captions, medium captions... I sit for hours liking other peoples content. I make polls, ask questions... I have no clue what to do. I'm extremely frustrated and I can't figure out how to move forward.
