i bet if davinci just made a step for photo bulk editing they would destoy lightroom and get everybody off adobe, you basically have photoshop in the same program and can edit video as well, it would be a legendary move
ОтветитьThankyou so much!
ОтветитьBoris i wonder if you can help me, i am trying to batch export 200 pictures i edited on resolve 18 but it only edits one picture, i have try everything already.
Ответитьdid not edit a photo at all
ОтветитьGood job bro!
ОтветитьFor optimal results, What render settings do you use to export a photo?
ОтветитьWhen I render or screen grab the color and contrast are faded they are not the as I graded. Do you know what might be the problem?
ОтветитьFor rendering can’t you just right click on image in color page and then click grab still then export it from gallery? Wouldn’t that be faster? Or is it less optimal
ОтветитьSomething about the under-the-hood maths in DR just feels more solid than in traditional photo grading programs. Blackmagic certainly knows color science. Also, you can use split screen to match to a grade you like! Also also, contrast pivot!
ОтветитьSo crazy and very very slow work.... you really can make same thing in LR or PH with LUT and layer. You do it and after algorithm social destroy your long work or for see your picture in mobile 5x5 cm. Take easy not lost time!
Ответитьhow will we get individual photos as video rendered?
ОтветитьThank you man! It's really works! I hate Adobe products so I can use your method to remove Lightroom from my PC. Thank you one more time, and Glory to Ukraine)
ОтветитьI wish Blackmagic Design came out with a dedicated photo editor. The grading tools and node-based workflow are the truth. Linear layers like in lightroom or photoshop are clunky and IMO there’s no good reason for this at all.
Ответитьimagine not being pro at Davinci and listening to Boris saying and showing in under a frame "go to the setting, still duration..while it's preferences, USER, editing, still duration"
why yall be helpful but not at the same time maaaaaaaaan? lol
thanks anyway
Can you make a video on how to export in different file formats and adjust image settings like DPI, aspect ratio?
Ответитьidk if this oot, but how to select a black color in davincii??
is there a way?
Hey! For those who use Davinci for editing photos, does the image quality stay as good as if you edit in lightroom or gimp or anything else? Can I edit my photos in DaVinci and then export them in quality that is good enough to print out as a big canvas picture? Thanks!
ОтветитьThis video and all the comments are really helpful! Thanks man! For me the biggest factor would be free (DR) vs. subscription (Lightroom) if I am not wrong.
ОтветитьNice. I think more people should know about how robust Resolve is. It's nuts you can do this much work inside of it.
ОтветитьNice
ОтветитьThis is good shit bro - keep pumping the videos out 💪🔥 do it.
Ответитьхорошее видео и твой английский хороший
ОтветитьThank you for the nice video.
This video together with the discussions here gave me the confidence to go ahead.
As I primarily use Fujifilm, and both RAF or the converted DNG are not recognised by Davinci Resolve. Luckily PNG works just fine.
I convert the RAW images with fuji’s film style in CaptureOne (for Fujifilm) and then import to DR 18. Supposedly this or a similar technique should also work for Sony and Panasonic.
Hello! I would like to know how to import my Raw files. Davinci does't recognize my raw photos (taken with a Lumix G85). Thanks.
ОтветитьI use DR for film vfx. I've been trying to use it for photo editing for a few days but the problem is that DR doesn't import the .raf files from my Fujii. I tried to convert them with Adobe DNG but the created dngs are not imported into DR. Only way is to convert .raf to 16bit png and use Aces space. It's not the best thing because I'm missing all the metadata and it seems that the color interpretation is not optimal.
Ответитьmain reason for this too is, the ability to use vector scopes! :)
ОтветитьDoes anyone know how to import photos from Sony or Panasonic? does not accept the files
ОтветитьYou did it too fast. I can't follow. would appreciate if you make a video for beginner level users on photo editing.
ОтветитьLove it, straight and to the point
ОтветитьHow to export Prores 422 HQ from a PC in DaVinci Resolve, I'd like to see that video. Or how to work with masks, layers and blend modes in DaVinci.
ОтветитьI can’t import raw/.ARW photos from my Sony into my DR. Is there a fix for this
ОтветитьLumina neo should do the trick like DResolve
ОтветитьSo in a few words how do I export a Raw picture after I finished editing?
ОтветитьAmazing video... Thanks!!
Ответитьhow do you add raw files? it seems that davinci is not recognizing them
ОтветитьFor rendering you can just go to the color tab, grab a still, and export that still as an image rather than go through all the timeline junk.
ОтветитьI mean if you grade raw videos in resolve and it's the industry standard for grading then why not edit pictures as well. And for cropping and rendering you can use fusion, add a saver node to render or right click on color page and grab still.
Ответитьthis man is clearly a davinchi beginner!! 😆
Had a laugh
good attempted mate!
Cool overview, any chance of doing a step be step on this process. It would be nice for us Resolve newbies. Cheers!
ОтветитьBoris, nice idea! Davinci is definitely superior to Lr when is comes to color tweaking / grading. But there is still Photoshop or Affinity...!? Kind regards, Thomas
ОтветитьExporting in r solve is quicker if you just "grab stills" however there aren't much export settings for that function
ОтветитьYou can actually export jpgs, pngs I believe all picture formats from the color page. So no need to render 😎.
Ответитьfor cropping can't you just use the transform node in Fusion?
ОтветитьFantastic video! Nice and short! Subscribed!
ОтветитьWhy don't u just export in the color page as a jpeg?
Ответить
