F1sucks because of these and many other things
ОтветитьThis is why I don't really watch F1. A series witch such names should really have no limits to the car.
ОтветитьDynastar skis used tuned dampers in the tip of their skis in mid 80s.
ОтветитьLance stroll and his insight is amazing 🎉
Ответитьits a shame everyone has to be a crybaby and get the FIA to ruin the fun for everyone else
ОтветитьIt's not "dampen" it's "damp".
ОтветитьLove how ferrari just wants all the cars to get nerfed because they couldnt think about the things themselves
ОтветитьIf they let everybody race with whatever Innovations they had, it would be kind of like podracing and who the heck would want to watch that?.....
ОтветитьF1 the sport that exposes cheating, unlike footbaall
ОтветитьFIA - Ferrari International Assistance
Ответитьi wish there was more stuff like this today. its so cookie cutter now. it was so cool to see such vastly different cars on the grid
ОтветитьRB cheeky innovation: breed and raise a driving machine, son of a former F1 driver and top female driver.
ОтветитьI've been up close with the 6 wheeler. What a beast
ОтветитьFerrari making their drivers drive one-handed is actually insane
ОтветитьOne thing learned in all of these is that teams will always look for the smallest innovations to gain milliseconds, while exploiting wheels everywhere possible.
ОтветитьHow did DAS not make it here
ОтветитьWhy doesn't everyone just copy the double diffuser? If Red Bull can dominate with a double DRS, then other teams should be able to have a chance to beat others with a double diffusser
ОтветитьTop 10 Goofy ahh F1 innovations
ОтветитьTurn To Christ Jesus He Loves You Amen ✝️❤️🙏❤️❤️✝️✝️
ОтветитьOkay now put them all on one car…. Mega illegal car haha
ОтветитьEddie Jordans sun glasses were something else
ОтветитьHave any teams in F1 ever experimented with 4-wheel steering? What is the FIA view on that!
ОтветитьWish FRIC was on the list i think that was a Brilliant idea
Ответитьferrari never innovates, they copy poorly and complain when they cant
ОтветитьNever carry cash like that in your hand that close to someone and also give your phone like that I had mine stolen like that lesson learnt
ОтветитьBut if the FIA kept the weight and springs system it would mean they could lower downforce and still have the cars producing grip and less turbulent wake. It's like they just ban things for the sake of it.
ОтветитьUnique and innovation
ОтветитьFerraris sculpted side pods in 2003 is underrated
ОтветитьWhy when someone finds y new way to go faster, have more grip, shed weight, or other normal discoveries, FIA comes and banns them? Let all teams and engineers try to find ways to improve everything and go faster. if one team wants a 6 wheeled car, let them have it, as long as it safe. If some other wants a silly spoiler in front of the car, why not, if the driver can see properly, and so on? F1 should pitch different types and models of all sort of designs one against another, today they are basically the same
Ответитьthe rear break pedal thing is nuts, for Mikka to beable to adjust to having two break pedals and win a race is amazing in its self.
ОтветитьFIA actually meatrides ferrari so hard
ОтветитьTeams: “How much innovation can we make?”
FIA: “No”
There should be Formula Unlimited
ОтветитьLet ferrari copy or it gets banned
ОтветитьWhy let teams create their own vehicles if anything they try to contrive to engineer around race dynamics just ends up being banned anyway? If the FIA is so hung up on "competitive balance" just promote F2 to the main league and require everyone drive the same chassis. Problem solved, although no one's going to be happy.
ОтветитьDAS
ОтветитьThe other team who failed to copy the other team's successful invention and reported it to the FIA is the equivalent of toxic gamers you can find in your lobby.
Ответить1998 X Wings cars: 🤷♂️🤷♀️🤷
ОтветитьPolitics and sport shouldn’t mix some would say. I’d beg to differ.
ОтветитьThe entire original turbo era could make this list. There was so much crazy tech in those cars. Active suspensions, blown exhausts, rocket fuel, and some even experimented with nitrous.
ОтветитьOk so basically:
-team comes up with a new innovative design
-everyone tries to copy it
-Ferrari fails to copy it
-Ferrari whines and complains to the FiA
-FiA bans the design
Any one makes a solid advancement and fia just bans it. The sport should adopt these advances and find safety solution around them
ОтветитьVoiceOver: It continued to be legal
Me: Nice to see something useful stay legal
VoiceOver: Before getting banned
Me: Ahhh, there it is
Give it 10 years someone will ban tires 😂
ОтветитьYou can call me racist if you like, but It's such an Italian (Ferarri) Thing to do, The Italians are INFAMOUS for doing this in SOCCER as well. Instead of rising to the challenge, working to inspire innovation, and striving for the limits of engineering perfection, they seek to stifle it by throwing a toddler's tantrum, pointing fingers, and playing the victim card. Da Vinci, Galileo, and Fermi are probably rolling in their graves.
ОтветитьDAS and blowing deffuser
Ответитьa.) The Lotus 88 wasn't an attempt to bypass the ground clearance rules, it was an attempt to fix the negative effects of having to run super stiff suspensions on ground effects cars in order to maximize the downforce being generated and b.) The Fan Car wasn't killed by political pressure (or banned, for that matter), it was voluntarily withdrawn because Bernie understood the negative effects that running it would have on the sport
ОтветитьF1 is like regular everyday life. Full of nonsensical rules and efforts to find ways around them, and no one knows why
ОтветитьIt's a bit of a shame that Mercedes introduced the DAS-system when they already had the dominant car, so we never really got to see how much it actually affected the speed.
Ответить
