Utter complete self defense bull crap. When a guy grabs you he's not waiting for you to grab his arm in some fancy move. He's grabbing you pushing you and raining holy hell on you. Guy did that to me, I kicked him right in the chest and he let go. I then threw his out of the way and I ran. Screw my ego.

Your premise is fine, however if you stab or shoot an unarmed person, you’re going to jail in most states.

Bottom line is practice, practice, practice these moves bc as a newbie to selfdefense I'm going in shock if someone attacks me like that until Ive practiced so much that it's muscle memory and automatic
