How to EXPORT high quality VIDEOS FOR TIKTOK

Got a quick question. Doing it on my phone the video I have is in 4k. I assume tik tok lowers it to 1080p because it lets me go through the process of it. As soon as I go to add one picture to get with the video them it says the videos over 1080p not supported. Any reason why that is?

I have a question: sometimes I upload 720p & 480p videos before I upload them i edit them with CapCut after I finish editing is it better to change the quality to 4k & 1080p then export or the same qualit is better?
Because when I upload my videos the quality goes down so bad pls help ):

Everytime I upload for example a gaming vid on TikTok, the fps goes from 60 to 20 or something (maybe TikToks upload compression). Anyone got suggestion on how to solve this problem because I want my video to look smooth and clean and not low-quality with low fps. Thnx in advance!

I’m having an issue with people sharing my Tiktoks. It keeps saying the file is too large, link copied. It doesn’t allow sharing through Snap or Insta. It isn’t even longer than 60 seconds and I recorded in 720p

you dont actaully have to use those dimensions you can use any dimension as long as its the same aspect ratio... which is 9: 16 the dimensions i use are 1080x1920 that way i still maintain that 1080p quality. The reason that video you downloaded is compressed is because thats how to downloader works if youve ever downloaded a high quality video from tiktok you will know that the saved video is much lower quality than its original counterpart

i edit my video on computer using my the windows video editor ( default apps installed on windows) i set it to 1080p and i uploaded it to facebook and its gives me clear quality of video BUT the screen is really small .... can someone help me ?? how do i go about to make the screen bigger when i edited a video from windows video editor ??
