did warcraft use a blender?? where does the information come from
ОтветитьAwesome teaching
ОтветитьCOSMOS another movie that used blender really well
ОтветитьBLENDER FOR NOOBY AUTODESK FOR PRO.
ОтветитьPlease, nuke vs fusion comparison
ОтветитьI used to be a Maya Product Designer in Autodesk. Blender is a very neat software making the whole workflow much faster in term of short CG film (with massive modeling tools, asset browser, rigging tools etc.) In addtional , blender is much easier to learn compared to C4D with similar logic. I think blender is the future.
ОтветитьI think most people won't migrate because switching goes against our sink cost bias. Most people I know who used Maya for many years don't want to touch Blender and will need to be forced or paid to just try it.
I think his strength is that curious people who want to try 3D will start with Blender and that in general, the most creative people are curious ones which will push the software higher and higher.
Being open source software it can really outperform every software in future.
ОтветитьIt is powerful, but very crashy, ugly, slow, uncomfortable and needs serious work on its keymap, UI/UX.
ОтветитьBlender is not meant to get into d race.. it is going to fly..
ОтветитьI love blender i work with it, but is not really ready a lot of things is missing like performance and reduce the bottleneck ans a lot of particle neeeded
ОтветитьI think we need a video about plasticity👍
ОтветитьIn India i have seen that new and upcoming studios have started using blender and the recent blockbuster RRR was made using blender. They did everything in blender except FX. Even other movies in India have started using blender as it's fast, reliable and not to mention cheat specially for a studio who dont have millions in funding.
ОтветитьI really need to learn Blender, but after 20 years with max, its so hard to learn something new. but just cannot afford max anymore
I am a modeler and seeing some of the amazing possibility in blender just makes my mouth waters... but going from a menu system, to a keybind system is just hard.
Feels like im trying to play mortal kombat doing key combinations you know... any way to ease the transition?
i feel like ive seen this video 1000 times on this chanel
Ответитьgreat video! you should make another one encouraging people donating to blender also, the other day I was in shock that only 3200 individuals donate to blender monthly :O
Ответитьvery informative video. thanks for making this
ОтветитьI have watched Castlevania back from 2017 to 2021, I realized the show was made in Blender.🙂
ОтветитьAlso you forgot to mention that Blender is not industry standard not because it was not a thing and a lack of support from blender to customize its product for TV/FILM. Blender focus was never for FILM and TV but more so these large companies have put tons of money into marketing to TV and FILM companies. Including indoctrination of teachers and students from the inception of their learning to use their products. This is true not just for 3D software but the same happened for people using Adobe, Apple and Wacom products. People swore that these were the only "professional grade" tools one could use to achieve the results they needed. After 30 plus years of this nonsense REAL ARTIST no this not to be true because Adobe, Autodesk and Apple all have their specific issue including Wacom.
People were creating great art and products without using these products and using open source, buy once or freeware software for more than 30 years on the indie market. But people are so brainwashed that you only need or should use this because this was how they were taught or what they learned in the industry. That was the holy grail when that is false. The tool never make the artist of product it is the creatives ability to use their ability and ingenuity. Creating something with a great story and characters to deliver to the people that will receive it.
That is why when I was teaching I never said that this specified product was the only way to do it. Because as artist you should find the best solution to aid you on your journey. Sometimes the obvious solution is not always the best one.
Oh and thanks for adding the video about the 2017 blender conference speaker Sean Kennedy. That if which I saw and it proves that blender has been used by some in the industry well before it became popular now over the past 5 or so years.
