These brokers win 90 percent of the time according to statistics . And when you have 1 in million who makes perfects trades they get worried . Shady brokers

In my opinion insider trading should be legal, the only consequence would be that Company Reports would have little impact on the market because speculators would have to wait/hold since they are almost certain that someone has access to the company report, the market would therefore achieve uncertainty, creating a fair ground

If he wss smart he shouldve taken some L's on purpose on the same news events. Call it the cost of doing business. It would've been way less obvious than just winning every trade lol.

To sum it up, does fundamental analysis have any merit? There's a theory that says that news from a company's financials doesn't always dictate the market's direction and could even go against it, based on what large investors decide to do.

Even if you don't have inside info, the price goes up or down. If you go all in with a stop loss, or if you guess correctly, shouldn't you win more than you loose?

The real question is, why would the broker be bothered by their insane profitability ? Don't they make higher profits off of their large trades due to comissions ? It's not like they were losing money because of their profitability right ?

Is it illegal to trade the news (fundamental trading on forex)?. I am new, I do not know. He placed the orders, if it's illegal then they must block his order and not allow to go through...
