First Time On 240hz! (Is It Worth It?)

I am getting a 4070 and a ryzen 7 5800x with 2x16 ram and 1 tb kingson ssd in a corsair 4000d case and a 850W psu and a b550 tomohawk shouldi save money getting a 4060ti or 4060 i got a 240 hz monitor it is a Lenovo Legion Y27F-30 27" Full HD 240Hz Gaming Monitor will i be able to cap 240 with a 4060 and is a i5 133600k get more fps then a ryzen 7 5800x

I have a gtx 1660 super (my current monitor is 75hz 1080p)
Should i get 1080p 240hz or
1440p 144hz (btw i am mostly play single play like assetto corsa and forza)

Hello shabby I got my pc a while ago maybe a year but my monitor is holding me back. I’m on 60. Should I get a 144 or a 240 I have the budget. Also how can I know my pc can get to 240?
