with hindsight, ymfah using PKCS as an example of a mediocre weapon is hilarious to me especially after hundreds of hours playing pvp. that damn thing is longer than the duration it takes to make a max level character

You wanna be OP? Alright, don't worry, just beat Friede and the Twin Demons, some of the hardest bosses in the game, with a +2 Storm Ruler. After that, everything else will feel like a cakewalk!
