This is one of the stupidest comparisons I have seen in a while. Gambling is not luck, its probability 100%. The thing is that the house ensures that you are playing with negative expected value. Meaning that you might win big one day but in the long run you will always lose. Jim Simons and wall-street on the other hand are not gamblers, because their is no “house” against them technically.
