According to court documents, Silvio Scaglia's former executive assistant was so repulsed by his attempts to disparage his wife, reality star and executive Julia Haart, in court that she testified against him.
Tania Cohen, a whistleblower, claimed in a sworn declaration that Scaglia was determined to "destroy [an] innocent woman," and that he asked Cohen to search corporate records for any indication of shady activities by the "My Unorthodox Life" actor. However, Cohen claimed to have found nothing.
