This is the first of a three-part series that is a step-by-step guide for scanning your digital photo albums.

As we get older, it may become necessary to help our parents downsize. One of the realities of moving into Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or to a smaller home, is that there won't be much room to display photos, and there certainly won't be room to store bulky photo albums and scrapbooks! You may find yourself in the position of culling out their unneeded items. You can’t just throw them away! We've got the solution...Digitize.

There is no better gift for your parents or loved ones than presenting them with a digital file of all their treasured family photo albums. Store pictures on a thumb drive or external drive to be viewed in a digital photo frame, and feel no guilt when tossing their old photo albums.
