Another marvellous tutorial. I really like how you make sure everything is explained clearly and then give examples of usage. 😃

I have a question about the last part of this (the tree trunk). Was the base still wet when you added the darker color? It was hard to tell if it was wet on the edge or the whole trunk was wet when you put the detail color in. I love your YT channel I have learned so much!

I’m definitely going to practice your wash exercises. They are the cornerstone to achieve everything else that follows.

Thumbs down people just suck most of the time, like my moms said “if you have nothing good to say….”

You’re kidding me 😮🤯! Wow!!! The technique of getting the paint to move on a dried shape. I have to give it a try. Great examples! Thanks for giving me the boldness to keep on going.

I love the clouds that use a thirsty brush to pull the whispy grays in different directions. I suppose it is a wet technique but really helps to show how the brush can pull those shapes and it looks so beautiful. I don’t think I ever get tired of looking at the sky.

In December I decided to start playing with watercolor. It's super fun, but unlearning 50 years of oil, acrylic, and pencil is a challenge. Your videos are absolutely the best regarding how to work with this medium!!!
Blotting water from the ferrule end (another vid of yours) was better than sliced bread.
Thank you so much💦💙🙏🖌️
