I’m thinking chameleon will be either DLC or a villain for a spider man miles morales 2, with Green goblin doc Ock and Carnage as villains in the third game….or possibly carnage being a villain for a final DLC in the third game something of that nature, would love to see a version of the Red Goblin in this universe

Apparently Delilah was a cut character from Spiderman: Across the Spiderverse. So the questline is meant to be a reference to that movie.

As much fun as it is speculating potential third game ideas, we gotta be patient because it could be another 4-6 years until we get Spiderman 3. I'm sure the wait will be worth it but still we're in for quite a wait!

I’m guessing SM3 will also have Peter’s identity revealed to the world since Norman asked Otto if he knew. Also spider bots definitely point to a spider-verse storyline. So exciting!

Uh the final chapter from ASM 33 does involve doctor octopus… I’m not a stickler for these things, But you clearly just read the synopsis of the story. The ‘Master Planner’ whom Spider-Man is fighting in that story arc, is Otto.

So this would make perfect sense.

We open the Spider-Man 3 with carnage and that leaves Peter without his venom powers at the end of the 1st act and the final act with the ock goblin combo and the second act sees miles fighting chameleon and krakens daughter

Why are Spider-Man stories limited to trilogies when there’s so much to tell

Would be dope to have Green Goblin as the main antagonist of Spider Man 3, have Peter "die" and set up a Spider Verse arc where Miles Morales and Silk explore the multiverse to try and bring him back. That set up could easily introduce ways to bring in other characters like Wolverine, Avengers, and other Marvel heroes.

Peter is retiring. He is just taking a break from it after what happened. So Miles has to do the job alone for a while. Doesnt mean Peter wont come back.

Peter isn't retiring. It was stated in the game that all he's taking is a break. (for example, Miles saying "go be Peter Parker FOR A WHILE"). Said break will most likely be threatened in the third game.

Be great if they went with carnage and doc oc like in the PS1 game!
