As a Canadian I am scared now for our own elections in late 2025... we have a popular new leader of the Conservatives who wants to strip away much of our national healthcare and is quietly trying maneuvering to remove women's rights to autonomy over our own body. He has a trump-esque lunatic growing following here and I am trembling in genuine fear, I will literally die if I lose healthcare, I am a 2x cancer survivor with many health problems and I am only alive because of our national healthcare. Watching America elect a lunatic has me more afraid than ever for my own country.
