When i autohome its still too far away to adjust with the knobs. What is wrong? Its auto home goes to the very edge of a corner like over an inch above the plate?

Are those squeky sound normal when 3d printing?

when i go to the home position it does not go to the front right corner how can i fix this? thanks

I don’t know if this is a common problem but my Ender 3 (using Cura as my slicer) but it prints on the side as if the center of the print is off the hot plate, is there any ideas of how to fix this? Or maybe just adjust the axis like you did in the video?

Agreed, some proper 'close up shots' would have been really beneficial... but this got me going with my first ever filament print (second overall). Many thanks for this guide!

Did you say the bed gets to 200 degrees? How can you touch it if it's that hot?

I recently got one and built it. However, I don't have the 'prepare' option and instead of 'print from SD', I have print from media. There is no SD options anywhere and it doesnt read my card when I insert it. Even the gcode sample model is a cat with a chinese lucky sign...please help

You changed the level of the bed you just did which makes the bed out of level on the first pass! Furthermore you didn’t explain how to get the 3D program onto the printer! SD?

what is the default settings for the preheat pla option?, i mixed with it and i think i messed up but i don't know the original values

i am currently using the filament it comes with and it wont come out once it starts. also my printer will somewhat randomly halt

My printer just spits out the melted filament and doesn't print anything.

Is your print bed glued to the hot plate? Mine came with Paper vlips to hold it in place for the exact model displayed in the video. Not to thrilled about it

I THOUGHT THE VIDEO WAS OK UNTIL THE PART WHERE YOU STARTED YOUR FIRST PRINT, YOU HAD JUST SPENT ALL THAT TIME AND EFFORT LEVELING THE PRINT BED, THEN YOU DIDNT LIKE THE WAY IT WAS PRINTING SO YOU TRIED TO ADJUST THE HEIGHT/Z AXIS ON THE FLY USING THE LEVELING WHEELS. I CANT BELIEVE THE YOU WOULD SUGGEST TO THE PEOPLE WATCHING YOUR VIDEOS TO DO THIS. IM SURE MOST OF THEM ARE NEW TO 3D PRINTING, SO THEY DONT KNOW ANY BETTER. HOWEVER, I DO AND SO SHOULD YOU IF YOU ARE TRYING TO TEACH PEOPLE HOW TO DO SOMETHING. AS SOON AS YOU SPUN THAT FIRST LEVELING WHEEL YOUR PRINT BED WAS NO LONGER LEVEL, AND THEN YOU ADJUSTED SOME OF THE OTHER WHEELS, WHICH FURTHER MESSED WITH THE LEVELNESS OF THE PRINT BED. THERE IS NO WAY THAT YOU COULD HAVE ADJUSTED ALL FOUR OF THOSE LEVELING WHEELS EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT BY JUST EYEBALLING IT. THIS IS WHY WE USE A PIECE OF PAPER OR FEELER GAUGES OR WHATEVER TO MAKE SURE THAT IT IS JUST RIGHT AND LEVEL BEFORE PRINTING. ANYWAYS I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I THINK IT VERY IRRESPONSIBLE TO MISLEAD PEOPLE JUST STARTING OUT WITH 3D PRINTING WITH SOMETHING LIKE THIS BECAUSE AN UNLEVEL PRINT SURFACE CAN CAUSE SO MANY PROBLEMS DURING A PRINT JOB.

Why are you covering everything?

My printer can't see the thermister in the hot end. I have tried 3 different thermisters and am still getting the MINTEMP error. What should I do? Please help !!

I can't seem to move my platform up any higher and can fit the tip of my index finger between the nozzle and the flat board, can someone please let me know what I'm doing wrong? The wheel on the bottom won't go up any higher than it already is

I finally got my filament to stick to bed but now, my nozzle keeps going off bed. Everytime I change it it goes right back off.

Still looking at printers but have not seen anyone explain the types of plastic to use. Size especially seems to be missing from anyone's videos. Are all sizes acceptable in a noob unit? Thanks.
