Best export settings for Instagram | After Effects & Media Encoder Tutorial

Any idea why I don’t have the option to scroll under video settings? It doesn’t give me an option to change bitrate at all

Yay! It took me so much research to understand exporting especially with transparent videos, I wanna toss it out there that GIF Gun is also awesome at creating transparent GIFs right out of After Effects if people are on the side of creating stickers for Instagram :)
