I have 900 text fields that are the same.. do I need to add a numebr to change all 900 hundred fields!!!! is there a way the text field can auto create unique identifiers?

I have similar problem but I've copied pages (duplicated) to have for example 10 same pages, but now forms are all the same on all pages:/ isn't there a way to copy pages and automatically make the fields unique? damn! :/

Coincidentally the unintentional problem you are trying to fix Is the exact problem I'm trying to solve. I work at a small used car lot and I've turned our paperwork into fillable PDF files. Now I'm trying to figure out how to duplicate the same information like constantly putting in the VIN number of a vehicle on multiple pdf documents. I'm assuming the first step would be to merge all the separate documents into one file. And then duplicate the field so I only have to enter the information once?

What do you do if you have duplicated pages and pages of text boxes? Is there a way to auto name each box with sequential numbers? To rename all the boxes I've duplicated will take a while.. is there a way to do it more efficiently when you are working with dozens of text boxes?

How do you avoid this happening with duplicate fields so that it will add different names on its own instead of having to rename multiple fields? I want to add check mark boxes to multiple letters that will need different boxes checked according to each letter.
