OK someone reply to me and help me now because I am so frustrated so a couple weeks ago or over a month ago I bought an app that changes the looks of the letters on my keyboard it’s cold, AE fronts or just fronts and it said a free trial but you have to pay for it and I didn’t pay for it after I deleted the app and I can’t download anything which means there’s nothing tech-support can do. there’s nothing Verizon can do there’s nothing that Apple can do someone reply and tell me how this works because I’m tired of being lied to

ok so i have a big dilemma.

a week ago, (im 13) i got my parents to add $31 into my account to use on my game. since im use to using google play instead of apple, (this is my first apple product i have). i payed for the amount i needed in my game, but i do this thing where i just press the $1.49 package if i have any left over money. i calculated everything with math and mathematically i should have no money left, there shouldnt be a cent left. but i did this just for fun too see if it would work. it did. i did it about 4 times and i got so suspicious. maybe i did it wrong? i really suck at maths. so i clicked the $7 package. i told myself this wont work and its ok. it worked. i thought, wait did i glitch the system?? so, i kept doing it on the 100. i really thought i glitched it and so i just kept going until 300 was spent. when i realised by my brother it wasnt a glitch and i was just using my parents money i freaked out. because i thought it didnt save the info of the credit card. but no, it kept spending. my parents thought it was a hacker. i thought i was in the clear after a week. until i tried updating the same game this happened with. it didnt let me, it popped up with this glitch. and i cant call apple to sort it out or else i will be, im not kidding thrown out. its too late to admit it now and im frankly too scared to. please let there be another way to fix this. i feel so bad for my parents and i hold so much guilt.
