If you’re only doing it for the money, then you’re wasting your time. Yes, money is the motivation, but if that’s your only motivation, then it will be easy for you to lose it watching videos like this.
ОтветитьI plan a whole year to move to Canada by using a work permit, now 2023-09-15 i have no choice but to cancel my plan. The job market is dying, i have panic attack due to the infinite leetcode practice, system design, oo design. the industry is toxic as fuck, If today, you go to interview the top tier company like FAANG, most people can accept 4 to 5 rounds and the hard question. But today lot of shit company entry level also require 4-5 rounds and leetcode problem. Not only the IT industry problem but there are too much people in Canada and not enough job.
Ответитьwhat about java??
ОтветитьFinally a video with good news for me
I wanna become a web developer but while i was learning the basics ai entered the market and i got so much demotivated from that point
Ive been coding for 7 years, i dont even waste my time applying for a job as im unemployable on paper. Gonna just kill myself soon.
ОтветитьHas anybody who worked with react and svelte or others astro, has a repugnance towards react afterwards? Ofc it pays the bills, but It brings so much unnecessary complexity, it`s just not beautiful code, so messy..
ОтветитьThank you, bro. I just heard the industry kind of wasn't letting one at this time. Then I read, and I have been hearing all year the Fed was squeezing high to put people out and not hire, because their salaries are partially the cause of inflation, in that, reducing salaries, across the board, helps bring inflation down.
I know total BS. Unfortunately;ly when the administration "asks for cooperation" they tend to get it.
So, your video gave me hope because I was thinking of changing track back to electronics. I love designing and programming and this new AI, but I want to know, I will have an opportunity. You gave me that hope. Thanks a lot.
My new mantra "Keep fucking coding".
ОтветитьThat article is from 2019
ОтветитьBut you are using data from 2021, we are in 2023, things change mate.
ОтветитьConnor?
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьThank you for this positive outlook ❤
ОтветитьAs a Junior I keep seeing how market saturation is against me. Between the market changing and the leetcode challenges I suspect things will only get harder. I'm focusing on building stuff and leetcode grinding until I get something. I'm praying that I could find something soon.
ОтветитьHey bro , what about recession , when job market will be open ?
ОтветитьI will graduate in 2026 any advise about what should I start from now
ОтветитьGreat video! Truely enjoyed it. ❤
ОтветитьThank you for being so positive. All the other videos are negative about the outlook of the software development job market. Kepp up the good work!!
ОтветитьThank you Jake. I was really worried about the future of my career. You restore my hope. KEEP F***ING CODING :D
Ответитьsir main commerce graduate hu kya commerce Wale bhi coding Sikh sakte hai. agar haa toh online pura coding with certificate kitna time me hojaega aur online certificate ki value bhi hoti hai kya jobs k liye ya offline certificate hi zaroori hai???
ОтветитьIf only I didn't absolutely hate working with React
ОтветитьInteresting video, but I feel like it had a lot of fluff as it pertains to the junior developer.
The video did not speak to the real concerns and realities confronting junior Devs coming into the tech industry. The demand for more experience than a junior can have, and that's even if they want a junior. Everybody is a junior now according to the industry unless you have 5 or more years experience.
It's very superficial coverage based on not accurate data.
ОтветитьPretry decenr info but remember that of course someone selling you a web development course will shill web development
ОтветитьNobody wants go hire juniors
Ответитьreally awesome bro you do really make coding more interesting.......
ОтветитьI'm self-taught. It's very hard to get a job without professional experience in this market now.
ОтветитьThe problem is finding the few jobs that will hire entry level candidate with 0-1 years of experience, and then competing with the 200 - 400 applicants that have applied. The market of candidates is oversaturated. There are also people in Ghana and other third world countries learning to create web pages that will do it for free so you really need to be the best among your class.
ОтветитьThank u bro..
Ответитьthis is a bit tone deaf..
ОтветитьAI-written code isn't going to need encapsulation, or extendable modules, teams or any of that. Those are conventions that make code manageable for humans. It's not going to have conventions, and it's going to be multiple orders of magnitude more efficient, bug free, and take less time to write it. When robotics catches up, we're all hosed.
ОтветитьI currently trying to freelance as a web developer using JavaScript and React. It’s easier said than done, but if it was easy everyone else would be doing it I guess
ОтветитьLoved this thank you ❤
Ответить❤
Ответитьtalk about layoffs in tech, coding interviews and actually how to get a job in tech in first place , overall video is just useless
dislike
I have learned c, html , css and I was going to leave coding because of ai but my big brother (Software engineer Make my trip) guided me continue to code these all are non senses but your video not only motivate me but also gain my respect💯❤ from India
ОтветитьBecome a Cloud engineer??
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьAre coding bootcamps still worth it in this market?
ОтветитьThe doctor 😂😂
ОтветитьRepent and believe in the gospel
ОтветитьYou're looking at outdated info...
End of 2023 you will see software development will drop to less than 10% growth
Is it worth to learn C++?
ОтветитьCool video. Software development is not going 20% faster than the average. Its 5 times faster thats 500%
Ответитьdo I need to know spring and hibernate to get a job in java development
Ответить
