I think there should be one standard for deadlift world records. You have the strong man record with straps and the raw powerlifting record with no equipment equipment except for a belt. Now they all use deadlift bars that flex. Let's have one universal deadlift record. Max deadlift no straps, no equipment except for a belt on a stiff bar. Trust me there wil be no lifts remotely close to 1,100 lbs.

So i managed 150kg dead lift tonight with video evidence. I only weigh 70kg I've not done deadlift for years but enjoyed taking on the challenge. Mind over matter dont be defeated youll get there you've just gotta persevere. You'll do 505kg just keep at it 💪 mad though thats over half a tonne 😂😂 absolute beast

I see sick people damaging their healths! You can have tons of muscles but your joints , elbow, knees, shoulders articulations are made for some charges. It’s not about muscles your articulations will be damaged with such chalenges.
