Gov. Charlie Baker swears in Robert Hedlund as mayor of Weymouth

Robert Hedlund became Weymouth’s third mayor on Monday, Jan. 4, 2016, after resigning from the state Senate where he served as a Republican lawmaker for more than 22 years. Gov. Charlie Baker administered the oath a second time during a ceremonial swearing-in before a packed crowd at the Abigail Adams Middle School.
