Doing this until I see changes I like!

Day1: ✅ not hard pretty easy,no change
Day2: ✅ still no change,but I felt good
Day3: ✅ my legs are sore 😭
Day4:❌I didn’t do it because I forgot since I did 2 other workouts,but I must say I see a small difference 😁
Day5: ❌ I didn’t do it because I was kinda busy but I’ll do it tomorrow

i am 12, and I am very insecure because some people at school make fun of me because my thighs are too fat but when i started doing this workout for a week, I can see improvement on my thighs :)

I’m planning on doing this every day for a month! I’m doing this on and the 5 minutiae thigh toning by blogilates. (I will be updating every day for this month of October) <33
Day 1: good! Easy nothing big legs were jelly for a bit but was fine
Day 2: good! Definitely a little painful but okay

Hello I am jasleen I was also very insecure bcoz of my legs then I started doing this exercise for 1 week first day my legs were shivering and then slowly it become normal and I have seen much difference in just 1 week thanku for this It really help me :)

So I'm not insecure but I still wanna do this cause fats should only be to 25% to 35% and I feel like I have more than that. I'm setting a workout playlist for my workout routines, EX. For Monday I'll do a workout for losing fat in general.
This is set for Friday.

About 60 calories are burned in this nine minutes. Specifically, 59.94 calories. Had to scroll to the very bottom, and look for someone else’s comment asking the same question and she responded:
“100 cal are burned off in 15 minutes. Weight, height, age, gender, metabolism will affect how many calories you will burn”

trying this for 4 weeks
day 1:✅ had a stuffy nose but did it anyway 😭
day 2:✅ my thighs hurt so bad but i did it
day 3:✅ i see a little difference but it’s not that big of a difference!
day 4:✅ did it!
day 5:✅ yes
day 6:✅ didn’t feel motivated but did it anw
day 7:❌ didn’t do it cus i had a cramp
day 8:❌ didn’t feel motivated + i hurt my foot so

I’ve lost 20 lbs in 4 months doing Roberta’s Gym each time adding or increasing intensity as I lost weight and increased my endurance. Went from 15 minutes a day and today I finished 1hour 19 minutes!

Started off with
11 Exercises for Obese Beginners (15.55min)
Added Walk at Home 1 Mile (15.28min)
Switched 11 Exercises for Obese Beginners with
9 Warm Up Exercise (16.32min)
Added 9 Easy Exercises for Lower Belly Fat (But only do 10 minutes)
Added 3-Day Lose Arm Fat (But do only 25 minutes)
Today Switched 9 Warm Up Exercises with
Top 10 Morning Exercises (19.51min)
Added 9 minute Slim Thighs (9.37min)

Combined with an extreme change of eating. Cut out fast food, processed, junk food, all drinks/soda, and eating at restaurants. I eat low carb, exercise daily except Sunday, 3/4 plate is vegetables, drink 6-8 glasses water daily, get plenty of sleep, Eat home cooked meals that’s the biggest change lots of prep tons of time, for the rare treat 1 scoop no sugar added Braums ice cream, no sugar added sno cone, sugar free Werther’s candy, Whole wheat pasta/bread. I switched whole milk for Silk Unsweetened Almond Coconut milk w/ 1 packet of monkfuit sweetener. Eggs, avocado, natural peanut butter, tomato, cheese, mushrooms, zucchini, squash, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, cabbage, beans, cucumbers, spinach, Navel Orange, berries, apples, peaches. Balance it all out. Diet and exercise, Moderation. Will start plain Greek yogurt yuk w/berries. and eggplant this week. Also, lean meats.
