Ответитьi'm already doing a few exercises but just came across this and wanted to try this so yep let's do this i might not be consistent on this cause of my busy schedule but yeah still i will try my best
day 1: ✅i almost fell down while doing the exercises lmao 😭
day 2: ❌did for like 10 minutes then something urgent came up couldn't complete
day 3: ✅was losing motivation but still did it
I definitely going to start it from tomorrow and i hope this time i will make it .

ОтветитьStarted working out after a long gap. Its third day today. Will do it for 30 days. Lets see. Thanks Emi for the exercises and videos. You are amazing as usual. I ll update if I lose weight in 1st week, 2nd week 3rd and 4th.

ОтветитьI never thought this would be that effective but I just decided to gave a try and literally lost 3 kg in a week! Still doing this exercise, it's my second week now! I have been controlling to avoid eating junk foods too! Don't give up guys I know it's hard but it's all worth it in the end! ❤

🫧 day 1 : ✅ my legs became wobbly after and DAMN it was hard i almost died halfway through
🫧 day 2 : ✅ woke up sore but it kinda motivates me to keep going :)
🫧 day 3 : ✅ it’s getting easier!! btw i read somewhere that u shouldn’t be doing HIIT for 5 times a week so i’ll only be doing it for 3 times a week but i’ll replace the other days with low intensity workouts (i will still update them here)

ОтветитьI have done this one day and the next day my legs were so much paining. Now it's been 3days I have not done. So wanted to tell you that do as much as you can, do not force your body. But do it regularly so it can be your habit.
