6.40 minutes 😂😂
ОтветитьI flashed my 8800GT to a 9800GT back in the day.
ОтветитьAlways was the KING of HDTV info, always will be.
ОтветитьI absolutely hate my 83 C1- The banding and uniformity is trash and LG won't repair it-
Ответитьanyone know how to make “expert bright space” or any of the other ones that appear to have no backlight show similar to Standard or APS or any of the backlight looking ones?
Ответитьthese Temu adds make me SOO angry 😂
ОтветитьI think turning the lg a1 to a c1 as neither have a heat sync🙂
Ответить"Premature failure ruins all the fun." 😆
ОтветитьSo does this work on the C2 2? Asking for a friend.
ОтветитьI use oled pixel half brightness on my C1 anyways to reduce my fear of burn in lol
ОтветитьAre there any hacks for the LG 77 B2?
Ответитьall i want is a cheap 22 inch oled monitor. and i can die in peace.
ОтветитьYou can legit do this and hang out in an igloo with some Eskimos.
Ответитьdid they ever disable the service menu option with a software update? just got a 83 inch C1
ОтветитьWhen overclocking, we do extra work to manage the temperature. I see no reason why we couldn't do the same here. There is nothing dangerous with running chips faster at slightly higher voltages if you manage the temperature, test for stability and don't go out of standard tolerances for electronic components. 10% is nothing.
ОтветитьI just got a LG OLED B2 77", and it has the WBE panel, the "evo" panel. Very happy :)
ОтветитьDON'T DO IT! You're not an engineer and you will be cause additional wear on the pixels.
ОтветитьIs that also possible on c2?^^
ОтветитьJust dim or turn off the lights
ОтветитьVincent, the only man that makes is suiting to hear technical specs from, thanks man 😎
Ответить10% something in exchange of panel warranty no thank you
ОтветитьThis guys is my new dry humour favourite!
ОтветитьHello,
@Hdtvtest how can we find out when our C1 was built and what display it has?
To be honest, you do sound like a bit of a shill with these types of videos. It's very unlikely that LG would really be producing other types of panels for the G1 or be using 'special upgraded components' for the G1. Does it really sound likely to you that the thinner G1 somehow has better airflow? Given the huge advantages of economies of scale, it's way more likely that they have a single OLED platform in which they change some external panelling and programmatically restrict some features to do market segmentation. All evidence seems to be pointing in that direction.
ОтветитьYou my friend never skipped a class in school and that is a compliment to your wisdom . You have made my C8 and now my C1 look freakin amazing boss 🤗
ОтветитьSamsung does it all the time (burned)
ОтветитьYou are so funny you got a like for that one! Your joke's had me dieing!
ОтветитьThis will. Void your warranty, NO
ОтветитьSo how does a person upgrade to the G level?
ОтветитьCan I just say that not only are your videos extremely professional, insightful, and helpful - they’re also often hilarious.
I laughed out loud at several parts, well done!
thanks for that you are a funny dude that I would like as a friend. you crack me up! A chinese dude with a mongolien accent
ОтветитьI love your videos! Thank you for sharing your expertise.
ОтветитьI doubt I would even notice a ten percent increase in brightness. My C1 lights up my entire living room like it was daylight
ОтветитьDoes accessing the LG C1 service menu, but not change anything at all just to check something, void your manufacturer warranty?
ОтветитьIts possible that certain parts or cooling design is not designed the same, but a 10% increase is pretty low, and within margin of component error.
Ответить‘A Chinese doo’ wi’ a mancoonian assent’ 😂😂 liked and subbed for the humour. The high level tech advice is a huge bonus too.
ОтветитьYou are quite a comedian. "Speaking from personal experience, premature failure spoils all the fun." Love it! You should consider doing standup comedy.
ОтветитьDon't try this at home.
ОтветитьDid this, dont recommend it... The Heat problems, and also as some report, it has sound issues if you turn it into a "G1"... This in conjunction with some other problems along the way, long term spoken... Stay with C1.
ОтветитьPOW! POW! Hawaii mural
ОтветитьDoes it still work?
ОтветитьVery clear explanation. Great Job! but ... my tv is a VIZIO does any of these instructions apply to this brand?
ОтветитьCan this still be done?
ОтветитьAre you Chinese? I Actualy thought you were Korean
ОтветитьI got the 48” C1 and it has the “evo” panel. It was on sale for $899 and seems plenty bright to me. Gonna just stick with how it came.
ОтветитьI recently got a C1 on sale prices, manufacture date 04/22 in Poland, and it doesn't have the evo screen, only the ones made in Guangzhou and maybe another plant do. Still it was only £899 for the 55" vs £1450 for the G1, or £1499 for the C2.
ОтветитьMany good points. I wouldn't risk it myself, however what if you change it from a C1 to a G2? There is almost a 100% increase in peak brightness and a 60% difference in price (at least for the 77"). Would it be worth it then? I ponder because I want a G2 really bad because it has a peak brightness of over 1000 nits.
ОтветитьCan you make a piece about deactivating TPC and/or GSR on LG OLED TVs? I was so annoyed about the dimming of extended dark scenes, which is a bug in the ASBL feature, that I had to deactivate these features.
