I’m trying hard to finish this podcast but my gos the bollocks this man is saying. Just opposing phrases like learn unlearn on repeat or terms from quantum physics that just don’t answer anything. It’s all random slogans that really dont give the listener clarity or answer to any of the questions, unless you take a plunge and shell out what $1.5k for gathering in some hotel that supposedly will change your life, turn you from miserable aging human being into young fit podcaster or make you walk again. I mean cmon you gotta know bullshit when you see one or are we all crazy these day??

I’ve watched dozens of Dr Joe interviews and this is by far the best. I love Joe but he often repeats the same lines in each interview which isn’t his fault it’s more of a reflection of the interviewer not asking specific enough questions. Chris asks him in depth pointed questions that made Dr Joe go deeper and elaborate on things we haven’t heard him speak on before.

Why does Chris seem like a alien taking human form

So how do you actually do the thing he's talling about!!!? You have to pay to go on his retreat or buy his ebook? This Big sales pitch is for what EXACTLY? A meditation course he sells?

Pretend neuroscience for extremely vulnerable people

Hi Chris! You sounded interested about the body storing emotions in the body. I learned about this happening from Dr. Bradley Nelson @DiscoverHealing. He developed an energy healing system that allows trained practitioners to release those trapped emotions and do many other things as well. I hope that you are able to get him on your show!

I have followed Dr. Joe for about a year and at 56 years old can tell you HONESTLY IT HAS BEEN THE SINGLE BIGGEST IMPACT ON MY LIFE...I am very great full for him. The chemical information is like liquid cymatic architecture before it becomes tissue.
All the (t)issues of life flow from the heart.

He is just taking old sources and “reframing into scientific language”. I don’t see Dispenza adding much science or other knowledge. It’s old techniques with a modern-ish reframe. The meditation he teaches in Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself is very similar to one taught in Kundalini Yoga and Yogs Nidra (though his doesn’t include the breath work).

Chris, I just listened to the whole thing on Apple podcasts and came here to write a review! I think this is one of the best podcasts with Dr. Joe ever!!! Thank you for asking very thoughtful questions so we can hear some new perspectives from him!!
