Thank you! Mine was a bit different but I got it figured out! My situation happened because I was working from home with Arise, tech walked me throughdisabling this (completely forgot). And refused to help me once I've decided to terminate with a specific company. (Assuming they knew they were going to get dropped too) Told me that I needed to take it to a tech. Acting as if they had no idea what was wrong. Getting into something else I needed this enabled. Thank you!!
