Isnt this exactly the same as every small led out there? I have a few and there's no difference really. The one thing that would be a big deal is being able to run it at decent power, 80% or so, for longer than 10-30 minutes.

I am a wedding filmmaker and still learning about lights. I am looking to buy a small and bright Bi-color light but now those RGB lights make me very confused. I don't know which one is the best option for me. Originally I was thinking to buy Aputure AL-F7. I would really appreciate your suggestions.

Great video. Thank you. I've just bought the Shoulderpod G2 and a Rode Videomic NTG. In light of the Panel 'Go' now available, would you still think the 'Mini' is the way to go? I prefer the 'mini' but obviously the 'Go' has almost double output. I'll be doing run and gun and occasional interviews and PTC's. Appreciate your thoughts please.

If I could only get 1... cube or panel?

Pretty disappointed in Lumecube. Ordered one after seeing this video but after waiting a few weeks for it to arrive, it was DOA (Dead On Arrival) It turned on but the side buttons were flopping about and did not allow any adjustment. Contacted Lumecube but no response. Sent them back to the supplier and still waiting for a refund to buy some other lights. Not sure if Lumecube is just hype or a quality product. My experience so far leads me to believe more hype.

I'm interested in one for the sole purpose of subtly illuminating my subject's eyes in outdoor photography where in some cases there just isn't enough light on the face/eyes. Would this work for this purpose pretty well? I'm trying to find something better than flash.

Great video, thank you. But... this is the 4th review video I've watch on the Lumecube panel mini, and so far, it's all been about vlogging or studio lighting, which is great. But what about outdoor night photography? Can you light the foreground with this light, or is it going to be too weak? I see that it is LUX [email protected], but Ill be honest, I have zero clue what that actually means in practice. Love the size, love the price, but will it work? Thanks!

When you were showing the examples what Kelvin did you have them set to and what brightness for each Lume Cube Panel Mini. I ask because I am finding it's not as bright as the Lume Cube Panel and I am having to turn the brightness up to 45% on the Lume Cube Panel Mini vs the Lume Cube Panel I might only have to have it at 5% brightness to get the same effect.

But you really didnt showcase how good it was in comparison with the larger light… I just ordered one, and found it quite dim… gonna have to try it outside at night, in a dark room to see if its worth keeping…

I was just using my lume cube as a key light the other day cause I didn't wanna set up a flash. I love these things! Do you guys use any of the color gel attachments for them and if so do you like them?

It's obviously cheaper than the AL-MX from Aputure and that display is amazing. Have you used both?

Seems like a nice light for the cost. But I would prefere the Aputure Mc which is only a little bit bigger but offers way more features and you can also set colours which is quite nice for accent lighting and product videography and photography.
