Have a theory. Hear me out: Dr. Bob is an SCP. The most powerful one that is immune to all or at least most other SCPs. However, by "most powerful" I mean in terms of invulnerability and maybe memory. Or maybe one of his abilities is just to automatically know most things about most SCP's. But because he may be invulnerable to most SCP's abilities and because of his knowledge on almost all of them, he is in charge of the facility. But I don't think he can actually destroy or capture any SCP he wishes. Or maybe he just decides not to.

it's true though, many people here in Philippines witnessed that SCP and even experienced it, which means that it's not only a mythology so the other SCP must also be a True so I'm scared now. there are many myths here such as tikbalang, kapre and tsanak. Since that SCP or Manananggal is real here in Philippines and as we are in a modern world they were staying out of peoples sight and I'm afraid the other SCP's were also real.
