best setup is get an obstacle for him to run around and put healing hive & keep popping that corrosive chem launcher. Will be done in 5-10 min

This took me ages to do, kept killing him by accident, then when i was super careful i only had his chest and helmet to go, so shot his chest and he died haha, didn't know i took out his chest armour, eventually did it though. Used the foam launcher just to get a few direct hits in. My rifle does about 600-900k a hit and still took quite a lot of shots on each piece even on normal. Out of all the field research this was bar far the most annoying.

The Chem Launcher did nothing to his armor for me.
