ОтветитьTemplates Cloning of Virtual Machines for Services Deployment.
ОтветитьWithout a clone option in the dropdown menu, how do you clone a VM? I don't see any clone option in my vSphere client.
ОтветитьAnd in 2019, this feature has been removed from vSphere Webclient... no thanks...

ОтветитьThank you for sharing the videos with us..... This is very useful for us...!!!
ОтветитьWhy dont I have the template or even clone options when I right click ?
ОтветитьYou can just convert it back to virtual machine. This is a how you would update your base image.
ОтветитьWell there's no need to? Just clone it..
ОтветитьJe vous remercie excellent Tuto
Ответитьyeah, super gay
ОтветитьFrom the demonstration and the comments of the instructor it looked like he was saying that when you create a template from a production machine it goes offline. He never goes back to say how you restore that machine into an online state back into production. How does that work? DOes the machine you created the tempolate from ever go offline? How do you bing it back online and put it back into production?
ОтветитьMaybe you connected your VI Client directly to host instead of connecting it to vCenter Server.
ОтветитьAn excellent presentation. Well delivered and to the point. Thank you.
ОтветитьHey Nelson. Check you have VMware vCenter installed alongside Vsphere.
Ответитьummm so i don't have the "clone" option when i right click on my vm... wtf?
ОтветитьOrchestrator.
ОтветитьGreat video! thank you! 2 questions: 1. the system will reboot 3 times by itself? Just let it ride? 2. If I need to clone 100 machines and need naming convention, for example" finance-1 finance-2 finance-3 hr-1 hr-2 hr-3 How can I achieve that?
