1440p Vs 4K Gaming - Which Resolution is Better?

For now i have one 24inch monitor at 1080p 240hz, and one 24inch 1440p 165hz😄

BUT my dream choice would be 1440p at 24inch 360hz+ oled! Or 240hz 27inch 4k monitor, granted i got a pc that can run higher fps at 4k (mainly in competitive fps games) 😁😅🙃

Alternatively a 24inch 1080p 360/480/500hz ips/oled or 27inch 1440p 240/360/480hz OLED 😆😅🙃But i am not much fan of 27+ inch monitors!

It depends on your graphics card

I tend to like the clarity of 4k. Even in medium settings for gaming, it looks sharp. I switch to 2k for high refresh gaming.

I did upscaling mutiple times on pc games and on EMU, it was always the same a medium jump

Text is where it shows a big difference from 1440 to 4k, I have did mutiple 1440 and 4k resolutions switches over the years it always was a med jump in games like I said, u either can't see to good or lying like I said, or not sitting close enough

For a ps5 gamer that plays mostly single player games and wants a monitor instead of a tv , what type of monitor should i get? And will the games still be atleast a lil faster without a 120fps monitor? Atleast for single player games for ex: gta5, resident evil,

My Aorus 2k 165hz(native) monitor can run ps5 at 4k 60fps(upscale?).Which should I pick? is there a difference between this even the monitor is not 4k native.

Or hear me out, buy a 4k monitor like the Neo G8, then swap between 4k and 2k like I do. Win-win. 😏

Personally 1440p, 120/144 FPS > 4K res, 60 FPS

My gpu can game at 4k@60hz or 2k@120hz in solo games.
I ended up picking the 1440p monitor since games are only getting more demanding, and even if my fps drops to below 90 in the future, it's still going to be playable (using an upscaler isnt worth it imo)

В остальном любой 144 герц лишь определись с диагональю
27 -32 считаю идеальными так что решай сам но изучай минимум все мониторы рынка а не покупай любой первый попавшийся
