it's a borderline to a propaganda and disinformation video. You only talk about construction on the American side. The Russian modules arrived by magic... Except the first two modules of the station were sent by the Russians.
The Russians already had a station: MIR and had to set up MIR 2 to replace it (because it was too old). The Americans did not have a station (the only station they had was "skylab" in the 70s) but wanted to launch one called "Freedom" finally the two countries agreed to join their 2 projects to make the international station (hence their name). But the Russians were already ahead with MIR, they were the ones who started the station. Moreover, you show in your video Zarya which was the first module, it was launched by a Proton rocket.
On your video when the shuttle returns for the second time, we see a second module also launched by a Proton rocket and which docked with Zarya without the help of the shuttle.

Sur votre vidéo lorsque la navette revient pour la seconde fois, on voit un deuxième module lancé lui aussi par une fusée Proton et qui s'est amarré à Zarya sans l'aide de la navette.
