How to Fix Green Flash Errors in Final Cut Pro X - Glitch Renders Or Corrupted Files 10008 Easy Fix

I have spent countless hours and late nights trying to work out why my Project wasn't exporting! I have 20 videos layered on top of each other and 1 of them had a miniscule glitch (like the one in your video) which prevented the entire thing from exporting/transcoding. I tried everything and nothing was working. Thank you SO much for drawing my attention to it!!

I tried to load a jpeg file that I took with my sony a73 camera (uncompressed) and put it on top of a still (HOLD) image in the Final Cut pro 10 X timeline. As soon as I tried to color the jpeg file it would glitch, blinking with digital crap and weird colors NOT allowing me to do anything with color or exposer.
If I played back, you would see all kinds of strange things going on with my jpeg clip.
I tried compounding the clip after I was able to smooth it out, in hopes to adjust exposer and color to blend with the bottom main still clip. no luck ....any help would be great!
