NEW PATCH 14.11 CHANGES: MASSIVE UPDATE - League of Legends

They should raise the dmg amp on GP's barrels if they are nerfing IE. His survivibility was already much better due to him being forced to build Trinity or build AP. Now IE will not be worth building until really late.

buffing point and click noobtheon. ya'll remember a time when Ritordo said that point and click stuns on sion and taric were too broken and unfun, and then proceeded to add the same damn mechanic on noobtheon AND invul so you can't trade back after he point and click stuns you, runs away like a lil bish and then Qs u from range while you try to move half a pixel? good times. glad he's riot's appreciating counterplayable mechanics and buffing them

They nerfed khartus and taliah q by 2 points of dmg LOL. Taliah 1 shoting everything with 95% ap ratio which applies 5 times in quick succesion on 2 seconds cooldown. Khartus wining without landing a single q on an enemy team just spaming ult having 3x more dmg than everyone else, and they nerf him by 2 flat, not addressing items that burn 10% of max hp for any hit at all. Is riot employing cows for their balance team or what.

they increase the CD on cait's ult to make it borderline useless and then get mad when people try to take heavy hitting builds instead of attack speed. like we want to do damage. if u want a death by a thousand cuts ADC, ashe is literally right there

All of you crying about Caitlyn nerfs are a bit delul - doing 1.4k with ultimate at level 16 to enemy ADC completely takes them out from a fight, such as Baron Fight. In low elos maybe it doesn't matter, but in high elos it's absolutely insane - with 1 click, she can completely turn the fight before the fight even happens. Moreover, the whole point of Caitlyn is to be a lane bully - not a "scaling" ADC per se like Jinx or Aphelios. These adjustments are simply stating "Cait is stronger early game, weaker late game". The way it should be. She should fall off - she can't be a lane bully, a mid-game monster and a late game hypercarry. If you don't come out 1.5k + gold ahead from the enemy ADC at 15 mins and then carry, then tough luck - you (and the support) did not do your job, and you should be punished. There should be no world where Caitlyn, after failing her laning phase, should be allowed to scale to the point that she is more relevant than a hypercarry. It's enough that she has incredible sieging power in late game, probably number 1 spot with Tristana, which makes her relevant whole game. There is no need for her to deal absurd damage from Minute 1 till the end of the game. There is also not many ADC counters to Caitlyn, and most supports don't counter ADCs, as that is not their consideration. .

Ansorb Life is garbage on Irelia and even with this buff it’s still terrible. Triumph still better.

Smolder buff is deserved its the worst adc, but what about Ezreal with Essence Reaver sheen remove and reworked navori he's unpayable. Same for vayne with stormrazor removed and Essence reaver sheen removed she's a bit more playable cause you can play her crit but thats rly not good..
And they buff draven wich is top tier i dont understand

E dmg nerft on karthus will definetelly nerf him so that he will not have 54% win rate but 53%

So heres the thing that pisses me off. Caitlyn used to have some pretty cool headshot auto cancel mechanics way back that made the skill cieling a little higher for the champ. They took that away. Now theyre taking away the majority of the power that is given to her W and giving it towards her passive since she will now AA more. Are they trying to make her the ultimate right click champ? Thats so fucking boring
