How to Add, Delete and Edit StreamElements Commands as a Moderator

SomeGuy: !command remove !buy
StreamElements: @SomeGuy, no command with trigger buy found :/
SomeGuy: !buy
StreamElements: SomeGuy, usage: !redeem <item>

do you need access as a mod to add commands + how does the streamer add them for it

how can i see the full command of an existing command? !commands doesn't show the full thing.

Is it possible to make a command for moderators only?

hello i'm a new mod on a channel of a friend of mine.
streamelements is setup and !uptime works for example but i can't do "!command add !test this is a test command".
do you maybe know what's wrong?
