I don't eat processed foods anymore and my health and well being has greatly improved. IMO, it's never too late to stop eating that crap and eat healthy fresh foods. I would say it's taken about 1 year of eating healthy to get my weight down from 17 stone to 12 stone. But is't not just processed foods, things like breaded chicken are soaked in unhealthy fats and oils which make them poison your body. Reading labels is important also. Lidl sell a sea salt which one would assume is a healthy alternative to table salt. Reading the label I discovered the sea salt contains potassium ferroCYANIDE as a anti caking agant. WHY?
