This was my toughest trial... your videos have helped me with every single one. Usually I would get a blazing sun right after watching you video but I kept coming up short by a few seconds on this one. Thanks for the game tips! And my kids love the intro of the kid in the beginning of your videos😁

Thank you so much for your videos! They were a lot of help. I actually got the blazing sun on this one without overriding the thunderjaw. But it is a lot of luck I can tell you! Just rip off both disc launchers from thunderjaw, rope it down, grab the disc launchers and try to go up the ledge. Taking high ground is essential. You will need both launchers to kill both ravagers.

So did I understand correctly that you don’t have to detach the disc launcher from the Thunderjaw like the objective says??

i don't have the skill to keep overriden machines indefinately and it keeps breaking

I just finished all blazing sun hunting missions including this one(1 min on the dot!!!!) all thanks to you my guy. I know I'm quiet a few years late to the game, but your tips seriously helped me get through these tough and annoying missions (maybe trying very hard setting on my very first playthrough was a terrible idea afrer all lol 🙃😂) It hurts me to see how little likes youve got, you deserve way more! You don't jabber on for 20 or 30, only to be the least bit helpful. You explain things effectively, efficiently and show exactly what you did, all in a short time span. Youre Criminally underated. So you don't need to use the disk launcher!? 😲

I went down the middle rope, snuck behind the thunderjaw, hid in the bushes, and whistled to override him. After that, he did the rest. I roped the two ravagers to make it a little easier, but the thunderjaw did all the work.

There is a super easy cheese way to win this. There are 2 options for this to win, 1) override the TJ and let him kill the Ravagers or 2) Tear off the TJ cannon and use it yourself to kill the Ravagers. Here is the tasty cheese, if you fail a trial or don't do win the level you want but you tore off one of the TJ cannons, you can pick it up and move it to a convenient location, then go back up to the trialmaster save the game just for ease (you dont need to reload), when you start your trial again the machines are back again but the loot gear like the TJ cannon is still there. You just need to drop down the rope pick up the TJ cannon you placed in a good spot and wail on the Ravagers. Done easy peasy in like 30 seconds. You just have to kill them with the cannon, you don't actually have to tear it off of the new TJ. Go ahead and use up the remainder of the cannon on the new TJ then finish him off with normal stuff just to collect some more booty.

I just popped the disk launchers off the thunderjaw and killed the ravager, i used the shieldweaver armor and just ignored the thunderjaw

Umm if you just sneak underneath him in the red grass you can override him. I didn't use the rope caster but I did use the tearblaster to get them to come down to the thunderjaw. Completed in 1 minute and 10 seconds

Looks like the thunder jaw stepped on the last one to kill it, so I'm assuming if you choose to override the Thunder jaw you don't need the disc launcher kill?

Just got this lovely game on PC, and your advice really helped. Trying to use the Thunderjaw's cannon myself was suicide. But sneaking down to override the Thunderjaw and using Tear arrows on the ravagers like you mentioned and the Thunderjaw demolished them in 34 seconds. Thank you so much!

PSA you do not need to rope the thunderjaw to override it! Take the central zipline, use the shadow sneak armor, drop down to the thunderjaw pit, and go around on against the left wall. you can override the thunderjaw By running under his feet easily! this will take 15-30 seconds off of your run, if not more

I did the exact same thing but I didn't shoot the thunderjaw with ropecaster to overide it. I just hid in the bushes, whistled and he came over.
