Emma's Gwen was a much better written character than the 2 MJ's and Bryce's Gwen. No daddy issues like MJ 1 and was well raised by a qualified family. No dreamy romantic like Gwen 1 and had clarity on what she wanted in terms of career and love. Definitely not a frivolous, nonchalant tomboy like MJ 2 and had depth to her feelings - her graduation speech being a testament.
Sad.. they had to kill hers out'a them all..

Just read an article about how Andrew had to prepare for this scene to be this real.
As Both Andrew and Emma were dating during the filming of TASM 2, He didn't see emma for a week to prepare for this scene. Also told her that she needs to pretend like she is dead to him.
And during the filming he came put crying uncontrollably.
Wow man after reading that this scene hits different. What an actor ❤️
Ps. Going through a heartbreak, recently had a break-up. So this scene just made me feel that Pain💔

Hands down this has got to be the hardest scene in any comic book movie till date. That tension, that feeling of oncoming doom. Still gives me the chills!!

The fact that Gwen didn't scream was eerie. She just accepted her fate, accepted the fact that Spiderman/Peter couldn't save her, accepted the fact that she was gonna die and nothing was gonna save her. That was eerie.

For me Andrew Garfield is the best spiderman. I love him as spiderman more than Toby and Tom. But I love Toby's Spiderman movies more than any other. Toby's Spiderman had great storytelling, action sequences and background score. Andrew's spiderman had great looking suit, top notch vfx and amazing chemistry. While Tom's spiderman had great suit and amazing vfx. I don't like any tom holland spiderman film except last one. That too because of cameo of previous movie's villain and spidermen.

If it was directed by Tarantino then he would have shown spaghetti coming out of Gwen's Head. 😂

Would it possible for Gwen to swing herself to safety when she was hanging on the wed? Like a holding the wed with both of her hands and swing herself against the wall to safety or grab something more stable? I don't know if an average person with out training can do that, it seems to take a lot of strength to swing your entire body.

It’s so sad because her death was pretty much inevitable the minute the web snapped 🥺. There’s no way he could have gotten to her to physically grab her in time because of the speed she was falling. I always wondered if he was able to put some webs down for her to land on if she could have survived, but again I don’t know if that would have done anything because of the speed. 💔

Harry survived the injury in the villain league and Gwen Dies. Harry is still a villain but retired but as a manager. The manager in the villain league stays in the building. Super sad ending

Gwen’s death proves sometimes sacrifices must be made to reach goals. Had she not helped Spider-Man, he would have been unable to kill the electric guy.

Marvel pulled off one good Gf for Spiderman and killed her in 2nd movie. She's still the best girl of Spiderman in the live action movies.

For all the issues with this movie, Harry putting the pieces together and immediately deciding to punish Peter by taking Gwen was well done. The sadism in his voice when he says "I'm going to take away yours" really emphasizes how badly hurt he was by Peter refusing to give him his blood.

They should have made her neck snap just like in the comics.

Peter and Gwen took so many wrong decisions that night, they both payed a very high price for it.

Although Peter did everything on his power to protect her, he failed, if you look at it from a narrative prespective it seems as it that event was unevitable no matter what.

Everytime i watch this scene makes me feel so powerless, like i expect the outcome to be different.

At this point in my life I've been trough so much pain just like anyone else, there are thing i wish they didn't go the way they did, but just like this, sometimes pain is unveitable. feeling raw pain changes you forever in a way no other emotion does but it is just life itself, you gotta embrace what happened, learn and keep going on, no matter how hard it gets, never stop living and trying, for every new day is a gift.
