"Videos on the Witcher 2 and 3 soon" kek
ОтветитьAyo nigga where video 3 at
ОтветитьHearing that some people don't enter the cemetery by the time you're supposed to figure out about fake Raymond was baffling, because I actually cleared the cemetery including the crypt prior to that stage of the quest and proceeded to get INCREDIBLY stuck because I had gone everywhere in the Temple quarter/swamp, talked to everyone I could, inspected everything, and had NO "proof" aside from the medallion that Raymond wasn't who he said he was. I even had an inkling about the crypt being important because I remembered breaking the wall and seeing a room that felt like it should've been important but had nothing in it. I only managed to complete the quest the correct way after a ton of Googling to figure out what I was "missing" and was very annoyed at having to backtrack into the cemetery to see a corpse that had seemingly spawned in at some random point; I assumed the cemetery was an optional monster-harvesting area more or less and that I wouldn't NEED to go back there again after clearing it once so I never would've thought to re-enter it on my own.
That just goes to show how confusing the investigation questline was, though. I got to a point in it, decided to just do a ton of side quests in hopes of unlocking more info for the next part (which to be fair is pretty much what you HAVE to do in this game, constantly), and in the process gained access to the cemetery for a monster quest, only to prematurely uncover an area that was ONLY supposed to be used for the investigation, which hadn't had a flag triggered yet to spawn Raymond's corpse. It's very disappointing in hindsight as I spent probably a good hour being confused, running around, and eventually Googling for more and more hints as I was invested in the story and didn't want to have to just look up a guide, but was becoming increasingly worried that I had somehow softlocked myself. Seeing Raymond's corpse in the crypt would've been so cool as part of the story, but I was deprived from finding it organically.
‘The begining of a monster’ actually refers to Joe, because ever since the start of this series, he’s been teasing chat of The Witcher 3 video for 3 years.
Ответитьhere I'm again
ОтветитьJoseph Anderson......
Judge Joseph Dredd and Rookie Anderson?
Alina and Celina are named after characters from one of the most famous polish dramas from XIXth century ,,Balladyna’’. In that story, there are sisters Alina and Balladyna. Alina is killed by her sister as she wants to marry the prince instead of her.
It’s one of many many instances when these references to Polish (or sometimes European) folklore appear in Witcher universe. As an example, whole wedding quest from Hearts of Stone is based on another drama, ,,The Wedding’’, one of the most known such works.
Where is the third one?
ОтветитьIt would be very interesting to know about the investors in the production of The Witcher 3 - who these people are, what country they are from.
This information will give players an understanding of what actually influences certain decisions when developing games. Why is the studio developing in some aspects and deteriorating in others? Why is the policy of the studio management changing, why is the composition of the team changing. And, ultimately, this would help us understand what to expect in the future from the gaming industry and whether there is any point in expecting anything at all.
And retelling the content of games, it seems to me, is not a very productive activity... After all, those who appreciate them know all this themselves. Those who don't like it won't watch five-hour videos.
Expect a lot of pointless foreshadowing that doesn't come to reality. Sure this guy's memory is shot when it comes to the books so doubt the third video will be as good as the other 2 if it ever releases. Nice attempt though.
ОтветитьThere is no silksong, there is no elden ring DLC
And there is no witcher 3 video
Geralt doesn't wear a top knot, what the hell you talking about?...
Ответитьas a polish person, hearing that you've actually READ THE WITCHER BOOKS before making a video on the games...more beautiful words have never reached my ears. hooked in the first 3 minutes
ОтветитьI’ve come back to this video a few times since its release always being very entertaining when I decide to give it a watch again
Ответитьso the scammer lied to you again, and you keep falling for his lies. this is sad. maybe next year huh?
ОтветитьGoing back to this classic before Witcher 3.
ОтветитьPetition for Joe to do an audiobook of the witcher novels? That reading of the striga fight is marvelous!
ОтветитьSince this video came out I’ve gotten married(third anniversary next month), graduated college, have had a dog for a couple years, played through Witcher 3 5 or 6 times and have move up several positions at work. One day soon this series will be finished. I just know it
ОтветитьThis video is sort of... Perfect. Grand. That the word I want to use. The totality of it hasn't been done before or since, not even by you. I think the subject, The Witcher 1, is a large contribute into this... But I really mean it when I say theres a total timeless quality you've imbuned into a already charming game. I don't know.
ОтветитьI love this series, and can't wait for the video on the Witcher 3 which will release sometime next decade.
ОтветитьWhen I first saw the word "witcher" my immediate thought was that it was what this universe calls its witch hunters
ОтветитьNever could get into it. I tried, I still own it, but it just doesn't click.
Neither tv series, books or game.
Bro made a 5 hour long video and apologized for plugging his patreon. Most people would have just begged for 3 mins
ОтветитьI like his videos because he is doing a critique and this way the game shines especially the last part of the video
ОтветитьI didn't watch the full video but it took him over 5000 hours to make, you absolutely deserve a like
ОтветитьStill waiting on witcher 3
ОтветитьHey, everyone. I'm sorry.
I'm the reason the witcher 3 video hasn't been uploaded yet.
I should've watched this years ago.
I promise I'll watch the witcher 2 video soon, so he can upload the last video.
My only disagreement with the analysis is about the magic/potion system. Yes, you don't NEED to invest in any of it heavily, or even use it. But i really like the systems of this game. It's so much better than the W2 system.
I even prefer the damage system of this game over the other games. I, honestly, hate the fact that the damage of the swords is so heavily defined by the swords in the other games, for example. I prefer the low number of unique swords in this one, and the fact that most of the things determining your damage is the amount you invest in Geralt, not the level of the weapon you have.
The idea of "oh, this legendary powerful weapon became outdated, because it's only level 20, and I'm level 30 now, so the sword i stole from a normal bandit is the way to go now" is so broken and bad for environment to me.
Witcher 3, in special, has SO MANY weapons. To the point you can find multiple of the SAME unique sword.
W2 at least lets your imported weapons FEEL like they are powerful. They won't last until the end of the game, but you can use them for a long time.
In W3 you really can't get attached to your weapons, or your armor.
Im rewatching the witcher reviews before the third one comes our
Ответитьгде русские субтитры?
ОтветитьWhere is Witcher 3 critique
ОтветитьWhy would you make Witcher 3 the thumbnail if you are speaking about the Witcher 1?

ОтветитьThis video is at 4,6 million views at this moment. I'm sure I can be held accountable for about 2 million of those views. Cannot express how much I enjoy your monstrous essay works on games I love or don't even know - thank you, Joseph, King of all Weebs, from the bottom of my ❤

ОтветитьThe books are the best!
ОтветитьWhat an amazing video, i totally loved it and the biggest thing i learned from it was "you can fucking press E to drink water im fallout?" Wtf
ОтветитьAs a wow gamer, Geralt being a king of funnel damage is so funny to me.
ОтветитьSadly, covid is still a thing
ОтветитьWitcher 1 best sound and music best voice acting (Kalkstein)
ОтветитьYou better find a way to shorten this monstrosity to 30 minutes max or I will forever think this is the greatest fantasy universe of all time
ОтветитьYou learned POLISH?
ОтветитьI first played Witcher when I was 11, in Sweden, barely knowing english so I never questioned the normality of the word
