How to get Overlays and Alerts for CONSOLE streamers 2 ways! (XBOX & PS4)

It only shows in your twitch dashboard, it dont show for your viewers, even if you go back and watch the video, its not there even on desktop. It was there when live but only in my twitch creator dashboard.
